1 Check availability of the Hall for your desired date
2 Download and fill out the Hall Application Form below

3 Once filled out save and send to :

You will need
• digital copy of your Public Liability Insurance
• a Witness to sign for you
and where applicable
• Incorporation number
• APRA license number
• Site Map for larger events
• Infrastructure Information
